Hello, My name is Joel Edlund and this is my online portfolio.
I'm studying 3D-graphics at Future Games and currently spend my six month internship period at Filmtecknarna in Stockholm.
I also do some freelance illustrations of which some can be seen further down in my portfolio.
Pettson and Findus game
During one of our game projects at Future Games I worked as concept artist on our game "Findus på Vinden". The game is based on the popular swedish children's books about old man Pettson and his cat Findus. These concepts were made using maya 3D-scenes as a base and then painted on in photoshop.
Princes of the Universe
This was our first game project where we didn't make an actual game, but a Game Design Document and a trailer for a game idea. I worked mostly on the characters, but also on weapons design and poster art.

These illustrations were made for the magazine HQ+.
